We recommend that you have a pH meter handy for developing and troubleshooting recipes. This economical pH meter is easy-to-use for quick and reliable pH measurements. Includes: meter complete with protective cap, calibration screwdriver, batteries and instructions. Does not include buffer solution, which is required to accurately calibrate meter.

This meter is not approved for commercial applications. If you have a commercial kitchen or production facility, you should be using a Professional pH meter that is approved for use by food safety authorities.
Important: Like all economy pH testers, our basic meter uses a glass electrode sensor, which is unprotected and susceptible to breakage. This sensor must be handled with extreme care and stored in a buffer solution. If the sensor is broken it cannot be replaced. If the sensor is allowed to dry out it may affect the accuracy of the meter readings.
