VeganWhip is a proprietary product made from soy protein. VeganWhip is used primarily to create foams. It acts as a stabilizer, much like egg whites. However, unlike egg whites, VeganWhip has a neutral taste and is entirely plant-based. It also aerates foams more effectively, can be used at a greater range of temperatures, cant be over whipped, and is a stronger stabilizer.
Use VeganWhip to create light, airy foams. These bubbly foams can be made from nearly any liquid (excluding fat-based liquids), and so there are many applications. A favorite use is to make vegan marshmallows.
