Tapioca starch, also known as tapioca flour, is a carbohydrate extracted from the cassava plant. It is commonly used as a thickening agent. When heated in liquid, our organic starch produces a gooey, melted cheese-like texture, making it an ideal ingredient for nondairy cheese.
